Mix a teaspoon of salt, baking soda and lemon juice. Put the mixture in lukewarm water in a small bowl. Soak your nails for at least 10 minutes. Remember to moisten well after washing. This mixture is also an excellent remedy if it has yellow spots on the nails.
2. Facial Toner
Applying salt to the skin can do a lot of good. It helps clog pores and fight the bacteria responsible for acne and epidemics. Salt also helps to balance the amount of oil produced by the skin.
